Redhead GmbH was founded in 2015 and specializes in commercial real estate. Our expertise covers the retail, office, and logistics property sectors.
We have been active in our field since 1997. There’s always something new to learn, and of course, we don’t know everything. But there probably aren’t many property management situations that haven’t come up in these nearly thirty years.
Our focus is on asset management for investors with a medium- and long-term perspective. We take pleasure in maintaining or increasing the value of a property on behalf of the owner. Everyone likes to see the fruits of their labor, and so do we.
For investors with a short-term focus, we recommend using a data room manager and a broker. As property value preservers and personal points of contact for the owners and occupants of the properties, we have no role to play in this investment model.
